Gosh, Fritz, I'm wondering how the pillow got on top of you. Maybe you worked your way under it somehow, in your sleep. Only one more day after today to watch the school children, and then the weekend.

Fritz guarding the front step again.Marlene stoped by,she wanted Fritz to get up on her lap,he wanted to play instead.Fritz got up with Mom on the couch looking at her,he knows she is going somewhere tomorrow.Mom is leaving here at 7:15 tomorrow morning, bus leaves at 8:30,should take around 2 and a half hours, depending on traffic and at the border.I had Kentucky Fried Chicken for supper,Fritz had a little.Mom went to a dinner and a fashion show tonight.Mom reminded me today it has been exactly 6 months since dad passed away, wondered where the time has gone, hard to believe 6 months has gone by since that sad day.Fritz sitting in the front window, waiting for Mom to come home.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

6:20 AM, Fritz - that is awfully early. You start out early, and then you get to nap each day. I'll bet mom will get a happy greeting from you when she returns from the trip. Happy Friday, sweety!

Fritz, were you barking at 6:20am this morning?

Fenway does that to a couple of women who jog by. How dare they jog by his turf!

You're such a good boy Fritz.

Fritz on watch this morning and curled up in my bed.He came down briefly last night, then to the window and ended up spending most of his time on Mom's between the pillows or in front of one. I came up to go to bed,Fritz came in and was on the bedspread, then he got up on the bed wiht me.He couldn't get comfy,so he left and was sleeping on the edge of Mom's bed.Around 2 this morning,he heard a rifle go off and he was barking, soon quieted down.He was in between the pillow when I got up at quarter to 7,soon came t to Mom's chair in the living room.He came over to me when I had cereal and toast,he talked up a storm wanting the cerealhe got that, then some toast, went outside, came back in.Fritz is now curled up on my bed, covered him with a bedsheet, can't make my bed,he looks really cozy.Haven't heard from Mom as of yet, hopefully will this morning.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

Fritz laying out on the lawn Sunday afternoon and this morning laying on the step.Mom got home at quarter to 6 last night and Fritz was glad to see her, jumping up,tail going, also was glad to see Mom's friend Florence who went with Mom on the trip. They couldn't right to their rooms on Friday,so they went shopping for the day and didn't get to their rooms until 5 that afternoon. The shopped again most of the day Saturday, they crammed a whole lot of shopping into a day and Mom was tired from the walking.i think it was Saturday they had supper at the Cracker Barrel in Williamsville,New York, same restaurant that Mom went to when she went to Nashville 5 years ago.Fritz was outside yesterday when a little girl and her friend were walking a little Bichon,Fritz barked at it,I told fritz she is your kind of breed.it wasn't until I went out that the girls brought the dog to us.The dog's name is Bijou,a female Bichon almost 4 months old, same size fritz was when we got him.Bijou had a little play with fritz jumping at him, fritz played too.If i see the dog again,i will be sure to get a picture of it.Fritz slept up tight to Mom all night, had toast from us,went out and barked at kids going by,one had a hat on the other a hooded sweater and he doesn't like that.Mom's been doing laundry,Fritz grabbed a washcloth and took it upstairs, gave a piece of weiner to get it back.Fritz now snoozing in the kitchen.Supposed to in the low to high 70's this week, nice for our Thanksgiving weekend as we are going to Marlene and Larry's cottage in Haliburton from Friday until Monday morning, have to be back to see a hockey game in the afternoon.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

Fritz, I love the pictures of you resting on the front lawn! You are soooo cute! And the flowers on the porch are just beautiful, by the way. I'll bet you saw the kids going to school this morning after the weekend. I'm with the D's - I can tell who's in charge at your house!
