Thinking of you and your family today.

    9/3/13
I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.
    [/SIZE]

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Devan, I have not been a very faithful Pet Talker, recently, and was shocked when I received an email from K9Karen about Tango. I'm so sorry. The hurt and loss is more than one thinks they can bear, and at times, I still can't bear it that my best buddies are gone. I do know that Tango had a multitude of new friends waiting for her in heaven. Several of them were closely connected to me.

I love the mental picture I got when I read Angie's note about Tango dancing. What a lovely thought. When my grandfather died, 4 months after his wife, my grandmother, died, the minister said "Don't you know that Hugh was greeted with joy, by Hannah, running on two good legs, towards him?". My grandmother had one leg amputated in the months before she died. I loved thinking of her whole again, and active. I have to believe that our four legged friends are whole again, too. Lilly, Zipper, Mimi and Murphy surely are there with Tango and a multitude of others, just waiting on us! What a wonderful reunion it will be when we are all there together.

Take care of you. I know your heart is breaking. This is all so new, right now.

    Love,
    Logan

I'm so sorry about Tango. My heart goes out to you. I'm sending you a hug.

Tango, please take care of your family. They need you to look after them in this time of sorrow. I know you don't feel any pain and you're running around the rainbow bridge, panting and playing with all the other dogs now. I know that when you're pooped and go to lay down for a little nap, you'll be sure to visit your family and give them a big lick. You will be in their hearts forever.

    RIP sweet Tango.
I love Fenway, JoJo, Olivia and Nonnie!

I was keeping tabs on the thread and went to look today and saw it wasn't there. I thought surley it's not gone down already and then thought oh no dog memorial.

I'm always so hesitant to check Memorial because I get so scared
    I feel the same way.

I'm so sorry to hear about her. You must be a total mess right now.

What a nice thought. And I think you are right, Phred. She always was a very special girl, and she will make a very special angel.
Devan, I have been thought about you and Tango many times during the day. {{{Hugs}}} Give Dance some extra hugs for me, too.

Oh my God, Devan. I am so sorry. I don't know what to say... I am bawling my eyes out right now. I loved Tango so much - she was definitely my favourite on PT. I was looking for the thread and couldn't find it, and then I did a search and found it in Memorials. My heart just about stopped.

    Rest in peace, sweet Tango.
You're in my prayers, Devan. If you need ANYTHING.. just PM me. I really mean it.

I saw this yesterday, but couldn't bring myself to find any words to say. I still can't express how much my heart is breaking for you.
Never, did I expect to see this.

Good vibes headed your way, I know you could use all you can get.
    RIP sweet Tango.

Every single time I see a dog, I can't help thinking of you guys. I am so sorry for your loss. As many have said, Tango was a very special girl. I've always enjoyed hearing stories, and seeing the pictures. She was such a gorgeous pup. You did the right thing, and you followed your heart. I am so sorry it had to be this way..

RIP Sweet girl. Mommy misses you.

    We all do..

Now, I am starting to tear up again.
