My FELV+ cat was ill and we had made the decision to euthanize him, but the vet tried one more thing--an injection of Vitamin B12 and cortisone. The cat recovered and was healthy for 3 more years. We continued the injections about once every three weeks. When he first recovered, the vet predicted he would live only a few more weeks, but he had three more years of good living.

Anyway, you are a very stunning boy with your grey markings. I have never seen a cat like you (but I must say I have no experience with orientals). I am sad to hear you have Felv. I have several buddies with Felv at the shelter where I help and I know how hard it is, especially for the humans who love them, to let them go... When I am with them I am happy of every minute I spend playing with them or kissing them because I know they are happy too The oldest of our patients is more than 4 years old and he is still OK
