    Finn Flying High!

I haven't posted photos in awhile...so here are a few for those who miss my boy. These are from two different days, two different docks. We practice his dock jumping and now his extreme vertical as often as we can. He's getting into great shape, but I'm feeding him twice as much now because of it!

    One more post!

    Extreme Vertical (EV) Practice

All three dogs at practice. Freckles and Dudley aren't obsessed with the water and the dock like Finn is, so they aren't as reliable off leash. But, they make great cheerleaders!

Hope you all enjoy these photos.

Those are cool pictures of Finn flying. He must be in such awesome physical shape. I love seeing dogs that are fit and Finn is one fit dog.

He's in such great shape, Kari! That's cute that he has two little cheerleaders.

Wow Finn, your flying high! He looks wonderful Kari. Great pictures. I agree with Kay, his cheerleaders are so cute.

Thank you Kay for the beautiful sig!

Thanks guys! He is in awesome shape. His endurance is ridiculous, now. Which is good and bad. It takes us much longer at the docks to tire him out. He is lookin' and feelin' great, though! (Quite a different shape than he was a year ago!)

Thank goodness I got him back in shape. And, he's getting us in great shape, too!

And, yeah, Freckles especially is Finn's number one fan. We have tossed the idea around of getting her a little cheerleader outfit or something to wear at the events. I'm pretty sure we're getting tshirts made for his family and friends, and we'll get a doggie one for Freckles.

The cheerleader outfit is such a cute idea.

I had the same thought as you, of him a year or so ago and how you were saying he needed som trimming down. Well, you guys have done a great job!

Thanks! It's been a good year for our Finn. When my parents saw him in Alabama in April, my dad was floored. He wouldn't have a dog in the shape that Finn's in, but he appreciates the fact that he's an athletic dog again.

I'll be sure to post photos if we ever manage to get Freckles in a skirt, haha.

Oh, you guys are so wonderful. I'm so happy that we have found this sport, it truly is Finn's calling! I knew I'd never get him into hunting or anything like that. And, I don't think he'll ever be calm enough to be a therapy dog (like I'd hoped for a split second when he was young!), so this is great to find a "job" for him. He's not only physically in great shape, he's a much more relaxed dog at home, mentally, too.

They all say thank you for the compliments!
