The first thing that came to mind was Scruff because of his hair on his face, and then Jagg because of Jasper.

I also like the name Jasper. When I first saw his picture, that was the first name I thought of!

I thought Scruff when I first saw his photo. I also like Scooch, the combo of Scooter and (Butter-)scotch. Going by color, could also be Pumpkin.

I almost named my first dog Buddy. Is he just a foster or here for good?

foster. after living with him for a day and half its pretty obvious why a non dog person would dump him, he has an obbession with urine. he marks obsessivly, finds other dogs pee, digs at it then rolls in it etc.. to he constantly smells like urine. I mean at his age is nothing that could not be fixed with a neuter and a little training, but most non dog people have interest in trying. so if his owners dont come forward soon, he will be neutered, tattooed and we will find him a preformance home.
