A tornado? *pics*

I'm not sure but the winds did reach up to a 106 yesterday and we got a lot of tree damage and almost the whole city had no power! It was so scary. I felt really bad at having to leave the pets upstairs but it happened so suddenly we didn't have time to get anyone in the basement but ourselves and Maggie.

What happened was we were in for a nasty storm and that's what we thought just a thunderstorm. Well as I was closing the windows I looked out and saw the wind pick up, outside got dark, and our trashcans blowing away! About that time my mom was screaming at us to all get in the basement so I called Maggie and she followed. We also got NASTY hail.

I'm just glad everyone is ok today and that school's out! haha

W W!!!! You must live in Indiana somewhere??? At least that's where I heard the storm hit the hardest when I had the news on earlier. I am glad you are OK. That is amazing!!!!! We are so dry here. My grass is like straw. I would love some rain, but not that much!

That's exactly where I live too. I'm right down the street from the lake and the storm came off of it from what I heard.

Wow, you really got hit. I'm glad you all are ok. Its so, so dry here we have nothing but heat and more heat we could use some of that rain.

Do storms like that scare you? I would have been freaking out.

Looks like you got a lot of hail too. I thought that was snow at first then I realized it had to be hail. Glad you are all safe!!!

Do they ever! I'm terrified of storms, I'm ok at home but anywhere else I panick. Not tornadoes though! I hide in the basement when there's a watch out for one! They scare me the worst, luckily I had Maggie with me the whole time(basically shaking and most of the time I held onto Maggie). Bless her she wouldn't let me out of her sight for a minute and made sure I was ok. I love that dog.

Glad everyone's okay. We had some crazy lightning yesterday, but nothing worse than that. More thunderstorms in the forecast for today.
