When each of my furbabies died, I bought a Sandicast statue of their breed and put their dog tags around its neck. I also made a photo album dedicated to them. Then I went out to rescue a dog.
It takes time, a long time to smile again, but that day will come...Hang on......We're all with you.

Liz: You were in my thoughts all weekend. My heart is still heavy for you. I admit I went home Friday after work and hugged and kissed Cody even more than I usually do. What a beautiful picture of Buddy. Phred, thank you for helping Liz on this. I can just imagine how much it means to her.
Liz, I hope that in time - this picture of Buddy is what comes to your mind. Slowly, the painful memories will slip away and your heart will feel better.
