    New neighbors

The new neighbors that are moving in next door have an ADORABLE black lab puppy!! I was playing with the dogs in the backyard and they really seem to like the puppy. They have it on a chain right now, though. Poor little guy. But I think he's an inside dog, just on a chain while they are moving. Just wanted to share!

I might take some pictures later this week. I talked a long time with the little boy. His sister is the one who lives there. The puppy's name is Jada, and she is a lab/husky/german shepherd mix. They rescued her from the shelter. Sam and possibly Molli (she doesn't tolerate puppy nonsense as well as Sam does) have a playdate for tomorrow! They really seem to like each other.

They keep Jada outside on a chain while they're gone! Jada has been crying and barking ever since this morning and it's driving me insane! I don't blame the poor puppy, it's 80 degrees out and she's gettin herself all worked up so I'm sure she's boiling! Can't believe they are doing that to a 9 week old puppy. She cries all the time and I've got the worst headache. I think I'm going to talk to them later today and ask them if I can play with her while they are gone.

I think that is a good idea or maybe when they are gone they can drop off the puppy at your house? Because it can get along with other pups and get used to it and probably you can potty train it maybe taht is why they keep it outside?

My mom woulden't allow another non potty trained puppy in the house. We just got done cleaning all the pee spots from Sam. Plus, Molli doesn't really get along with Jada.

I think the best I'll be able to do is play with it. Plus I could offer to teach Jada some basic commands. Like sit, stay, come, etc.
