I just sent Kaedyn's PEN (performance event number) application for the CKC. I can't register him since he was adopted so the best I can do is obtain a PEN number for him. After we get it, we'll be able to compete in obedience! Can't wait! I'm reeeeally hoping that we'll be ready for the show in October. I'd love to go for his CGN and hopefully start going for his CD title!

I also just sent in a complaint against Kai's breeder. He never sent us the papers (after nearly four years!) It's illegal to sell a dog as a purebred without providing the papers for the pup so he'll be receiving a lovely $250 fine for it. The CKC said we might be able to register Kai after I file to complaint but if not, I'll be applying for his PEN number too.

I'm sooo excited! We'll finally be able to compete!

I'm exited for you as well. Hopefully you get all your papers and the other things you need. It's too bad the breeder is a bad person...oh well they'll be getting a fine.
