Eric is a HUGE music fan so I end of listening to almost everything, as when he's home there's usually something playing. I really like oldies, and classical (Debussy and Rachmaninoff are some of my favs, of course since I play piano!) I really like newer bands too like the Flaming Lips, the White Stripes, and the Shins!

I listen to all kinds of music. I go through periods where I'm in the mood for certain genres. I was heavily into Country, but over the last few years it's really deteriorated. I'll only listen to the Country Legends station on the radio and then keep an eye out on the internet for quality Country CDs that they won't play on the radio.
Right now I'm on a heavy metal kick, but I did just buy the Dixie Chicks' latest CD, that I'm really loving. Glad to see that with the wonders of the internet, that the few no longer have enough power to silence a great band from getting their music out to the masses, by banning them from radio.

that about covers it for me lol my likes and dislikes exactlyI pretty much listen to all music, but classical does tend to bore me and I absolutely hate rap and heavy metal type stuff but other than that, I listen to pretty much everything else.
listening to my brothers mixed CDs is hilarious, one song is hard core rap and the next is country, the next is heavy metal and the next is a gospel song lol
