Finally got to see pictures of your fur kids and was not dissapointed. They are LOVELY and your captions were great! As I am sure you know, we LOVE pictures here. I am going to have to dig my camera out of my boat luggage and get some new ones of my babies. Running to do that right now!

What that thingie is in the last pix of the waterer is an old (and I mean OLD) chicken waterer and feeder. They use it on chicks to start them feeding. Since it looks like it is covered somewhat with algae (the green stuff) I would either take it in and scrub like crazy on it to clean it up (there may be rusty on the bottom tray as well (if so...trash it!!!) If there isn't a bunch of rust on it, clean what you can and wrap the try in new aluminum foil and after it is clean and dry, fill it back up and put it back out for the kitties. Like I said in the parenthases, if it has a LOT of rust, Just toss it. Hope this helps!!

Well, it does have A LOT of nastiness on it but, also, the water itself is very dirty. He got mad the last time I went and gave them some clean tap water, so I don't know how he would feel about me throwing the feeder away. I suppose I can just go take my own bowl of clean water out every day.

My little "foster" George looks pretty similar to yours, even the weird splash of white up the hind leg. lol

Thank you! Nope, the peacocks and peahens are my father in laws birds. However, one of the peahens is sitting on three (she should be laying a few more) eggs and the other should be having some soon.
