    Loving the Catnip Garden

I came home early from work today because it was such a beautiful day and Mark was getting his new John Deere tractor today so I wanted to be home to see his face when it arrived.

So seeing it was so beautiful outside I decided to plant the 3 catnip plants that I got this weekend for the cats. No sooner did I have the first one planted that Smokey came running from the porch and gave it a sniff.

then came Tigger, Mystic and finally the rest of the gang.

They all had a really good time outside enjoying the catnip and the warn sunshine.

I also want to share two things a little off topic because I'm just so excited about them. The first is Mark's new tractor that I hope that he will let me use as I have a lot of landscaping around the house to do.

and the second is that our neighbors on side of our property recently added COWS and I am in Heaven. Here are the girls....Belle, Lady, Raven, Lily, Lila, Lulu, and Suzie.

Thanks for letting me share. I hope everyone enjoyed.

One picture is worth a thousand words? This one says it all! This one made me laugh hard.. all them laying around in their very own garden by their very own plants.

Well, my total of cats is 8 and I only planted 3 plants....so I guess I really need to plant 5 more plants, plus one for Daisy Mae (my neighbor's cat who comes to visit) and one for the little black stray who keeps coming around for dinner.

What I could not show everyone was the hissing and hitting that went on because they had to share.....Little Brats.

What lovely pictures of your gang, they sure are exited about the catnip plants. Mystic seems to say: This one is mine!

LOL about the cows - I never even thought of someone naming cows, but of course, why not.

The tractor looks really nice, I'm sure you'll enjoy it .... if you get permission to use it.

Great pictures of some very stoned kitties!

And sunbathing while stoned? Is there a warning against that from the Surgeon General?

And I love the tractor and cow pics! My mother grew up on a farm, and I spent MANY summers on the farm with my Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles! THose pics brought back many memories! And my Grandpa ALWAYS named his cows, unfortunately, they were named after his grandchildren! Which was not always taken as a compliment!

    Thanks again for sharing!

I have the sinking feeling that those plants will not survive very long.
