    Nope. Both of the breeds are medium sized, as is the dog in the picture, and have medium to long coats.

    Nope, no mini-poodle.

    The second breed is of French origins. It is fairly rare, but beginning to get a foot hold in society. It is a white dog, but with any number of markings in any number of colors, for visibility while it's hunting.
