    Dog-TX

    Can anyone adopt a dog from a shelter in Texas? Dakota is a female German Shorthaired Pointer/Beagle. She is 5 months old and only 10 pounds. She is up to date on all shots. I would be willing to pay her whole adoption fee if someone can take her.
