    Foster mommy update!!!

    I'm a happy foster mommy! I have been receiving regular updates about former foster Katrina. She is now known as Pickles, because as her mom says, "she's always getting into one pickle or another" She's apparently very nawtee and very much loved. Of course she has her daddy wrapped around her paws, and mom can't believe they found the perfect cat all the way in Pennsylvania (they are in New England) just from a small photo placed on Petfinder.

    Mom just can't gush enough about how much she loved Pickles and how silly the dear girl is!

    Enough gabbing, on to the photos that tell the whole story!
    Pickles LOVES her new sister Rosie




    They have a video that mom puts in for them called Mewvie. The girls love it!

    (somebody's filled out quite a bit in the past year! )

    Isn't it wonderful? Doesn't she looks utterly happy? This is what fostering is all about!

    PS: I'm sending the link to mom.... so lets see if she stops in! She told me she doesn't want to bore me with stories of the girls... what better place for her to brag about the girls than here?

    Awww, that's wonderful news and great pics! I have really enjoyed the updates I have gotten from former fosters as well. It really makes it all seem so worthwhile!

    This is such a wonderful update. Both girls look like they could be real sisters too. I'm sure that this makes you feel great about fostering.

    Pickles is such a lucky girl to have found the perfect loving home.
    That first picture is so sweet. They do look like sisters and seem to be getting along wonderful.

    And where, might I ask, did our girl learn where to be naw-tee? Certainly not in your house, Kim!

    It must be fantastic to get an update like that about a former foster. It's great to see her again. Such fantastic pictures! I think I need one of those videos!

    Pickles Katrina

    This is from Pickles/Katrina's mom. I just registered here. What a fun board! Kim is an awesome foster mom. We are thrilled with Pickles. She has been such an addition to our family. She has brought Rosie who was an only child, out of her shell. They love each other and play constantly. I was unsure picking out a cat from online and just by a picture, but Kim gave me daily updates about her. Her descriptions of her sold me right away. She called her "pure love" and that is exactly what she is. Not a mean bone in that cat's body, no matter what her early months outside might have been like. She is totally spoiled now and loves her bird and squirrel videos from the safety of my living room. No more outside for my cats. Glad everyone liked her photos. She is my favorite photo subject.

    Foster mommy update

    Welcome to Pet Talk, Picklesmom! I must say, those are two beautiful kitty kids you have there! When it comes to our cats, this is THE place to be. No matter what it is you need to know, someone here knows the answer. I look forward to seeing your posts as well as more pictures of those gorgeous girls!
