    Duck Pictures!!!

We had to take the ducks in from outside since their pond is frozen now, and they didnt have a good shelter. We ended up desiding to keep them in the horse trailor. So we put plastic on the floor, and put some shavings in there for now, it looks sorta bad, but it really is nice for them, now we wont have to worry about them. . .

These are my two: the black one is a male, and the silver one is a female

Just curious, do ducks make good pets? Are they high maintenance? I have been interested in them since joining PT but I honestly know nothing about them. I've always wanted Chickens.

Anyway, they are all gorgeous but my favorite is Willow

Yes, they are good pets, and they are not high maitenance, especially if you have a pond like we have, because they have thier own food that is already naturally provided by the environment in the summer. In the winter though, we have to make sure they have a good shelter, food and water.
