    Chase's latest work.

Chase would like to welcome you all to his pen where he is exhibiting the very latest in digging techniques!

He has recently perfected the minefield or moonscape look. Many small holes clustered together.

He is also very good at excavating tree roots and other things that should be pulled out anyway.

His personal favorite is the human trap. Deep, narrow holes dug where the human absolutely must walk. This one is partially filled in with rocks and is directly under the gate to his pen.

Thanks for stopping by, everyone. If you need any landscaping work done, I'm the dog to call!

WOW Chase!!! We can imagine Mom and Dad have to be pretty steady on their feet to visit your pen. For some reason, we envision everybody's feet wearing very big boots. All kidding aside gorgeous Chase, what a work of art you've done there. You've done such a good job of landscaping, stump digging, and rock gardening. We can tell by the look on your face that you're extremely proud of your work too. You look as if you have plenty of energy and enthusiasm to landscape all the pens there at your place effortlessly. If you're ever in Florida, have we got a job for you big guy!!?? The work I have available for you here is endless. Keep up the great work Chase and maybe I'll see you soon

Chase was actually named by the shelter staff. He was brought in by a young couple who had spent days trying to corner him in their neighborhood. He escaped from them in the parking lot of the shelter and spent a week being chased around by the shelter staff before he decided to let himself be caught. So he was named Chase because everyone chased him! He'd been at the shelter for so long by the time I pulled him that he responded really well to Chase so I left it as his name.

Mom usually hires a guy with a bobcat to dig the post holes, but I'm sure I could do just as good a job! I prefer to paid in milk bones, ok?

Excellent work Chase. Those are wonderful landscape techniques you have shown us. I admire the tree roots and the rock landscape the most. Keep up all the hard work. You sure a handsome fella as well.

    Good work Chase.

Chase, we humans have to go to school and read books to learn landscaping techniques. You have managed to do all of that by yourself. What a smart boy you are, and very beautiful too.

Oh I am definately not showing this to Roxey, she doesn't need any more digging techniques...she has enough of her own

But let me say Chase that you do some good work and if I ever do need any holes dug, you're definately the one I would call

CHASE!!! Have you and Tori been scheming together? If I didn't know any better I would think you two were related! I swear that could be our backyard. I feel like running out and taking some pics to show you all of Tori's wonderful holes. We even have a tree stump that she is trying to dig out for us. And...that tongue!! It is so much like Tori's. Very long and hanging out to the side. Yes, I am quite certain that Tori would fit right in with you and your crew, Glacier.
