Pictures of my Collie Babies!

Well since we got to see ParNone's Collies, I figured I'd post some of my 2 Collie puppies... my smooth girl and rough girl. They are 16 wks old, litter mates, born in Sept.

They are turning out so nice, and I Can't wait to start showing them!! Got a while yet though....

The smooth girl is "Paris" - Spiritwind Barely An Angel
The Rough Tri girl is "Kelsey" - Spiritwind Aint No Angel


Paris - 15 wks old - wet from coming inside from the rain..

Kelsey is the very intense one. She is an escape artist, and can figure out how to get in or out of anything. She can climb and jump very well. If she wants something, she will get it.

Here I put a gate up to keep them out of the kitchen while I got their food ready, so Kelsey jumped up on a chair by the gate so she could atleast look over and watch me get her food..... LOL

will their ears stay partially down like that all their lives??

Yes. Their ears should, HOPEFULLY be like that all their lives. For the show ring, Collies ears should stand up, with 1/4 of the ears tipping over/foward. As puppies, especially on roughs, the ears usually tip even more than that, but as they get older, they go up higher. If they go prick eared at any time, the ears will be taped down to keep the tip, while they grow and are teething.

I just had tape in their ears a couple days ago, but they pulled it out of eachothers ears LOL They look good right now, but any signs of the ear tip going up, and they get taped again.

Yes... I bred this litter. I own their dam - "Angie" - Tomelle's Painted Angel, OFA. and the sire - "Zack" - mjr ptd. HawkEire Flyin Without Wings (7pts, 1 major).

There were 4 in the litter. The rough sable merle male went to a pet home. The rough blue female I sold, but co-own and she will be shown as long as she continues to look as good as she did when I sold her.

Very happy with this litter!!....
