New pictures of the hedgehogs. Formally introducing Spike!

I am not sure if everyone knows I added a third hedgehog to the family? Well I did, and his name is Spike. So I introduce to you...

    SPIKE!

The reason I decided to post pictures today was the fact that I captured two of the funniest pictures ever! I cannot tell you how hard I laughed when having seen this sight!

For those who have had hedgehogs you would know they like to stick their head in EVERYTHING! They actually enjoy doing so. A favorite hedgehog toy is a toilet paper roll cut slightly so they can fit their head in it. They will stick their head in it and walk around with it on their head LOL. I don't know why they like to do this. If you take it off their head they go right back into the roll. It's halarious! So whenever I make eggs I give the hedgies the egg to lick out. I never expected Spike to actually stick his head into the egg LOL.

Anyways, here are some photos of the bunch. Spike is on top, Speedy on the left and Flower on the right.

    Spike

    Flower

A funny pic of Flower LOL

And of course, Speedy being a grouch as usual.

    Hope you enjoyed the pictures!

Well Spike is an algerian hedgie, so he has a lot of mottling on his feet and stomach and his mask is a lot darker. Speedy and Flower are lighter than Spike. Flower is very dainty, and has a real girly type face, and you can always tell who is Speedy because he's a big grump!

They can sometimes. I've had one too many quills stuck under a nail, which isn't too pleasent. Spike is very sweet and loves to be held. So he never pokes me. His squills always lay flat so he never bothers me.

Thanks! I'd love to have another skunk! Their color mutations are beautiful! That's one thing I love about hedgehogs, are their color variety.
