    Dogs and leather couches?

    I noticed Countrywolf's Anna on a leather couch...I'm buying Italian Leather couches for my new house. I was going to not allow the dogs on them...But then again...Do their claws mess up the leather?

    Buddy has scratched mine up just a little bit, but it looks pretty good after 6 years. I guess it depends on the dog, and his or her claws, plus their propensity to mutilate stuff...

    We don't allow our dogs on the furniture, but Lilly is a sneaky one and she loves to get on the couch when we're not looking. It's leather and she has never hurt it.
