    Another update...



    I weighed myself today... it's kind of become an obsession, I like knowing I've lost weight... but since Wednesday (the day I said I had lost 3 pounds) I have lost 6 more!!!! Making my total nine pounds lost in 6 days. I really think it is because I have eliminated soda from my diet...

    Woo... I feel AWESOME!!!

    It isn't easy, but cutting out soda and not eating as much has really helped!

    I'm starting to eliminate soda (or pop in Pittsburgh) from my diet. I'm beginning to drinl alot of bottled water, and when you're thirsty, it tastes better than soda.
