A 1 year old Minture Herding Dog is abused in our naborhood! His name is Zack and here is how they abused him and how we R trying 2 help!: When he was 7 months they loked him up in a window sell with no food or water for 7 days, so people called they city and they came down and told them 2 get him out of it and keep him out of it, they only keep him out side now with only a bowl so the rain gives him water and they barely feed him, so me + a friend had 2 do sum thing, and we did.......Now we take him food about every day and give him sum water. Now seince bit has been 1 month u can't see his ribs any more and he is now in better health than before so 2 pay 4 his food we sell flowers + hand made items Also right now were helping Ginger the mix puppy, she has been abused 2

That dog should be taken away from that home. You should contact the authorities and explain the situation - that you and a friend have been feeding him, not the owners, that's neglect AND abuse. How old are you?

i'm 19 and we all ready have they said they can't do any-thing unless there is further proff that it is true.

We have a television station here that listens and helps when all else fails! Maybe there's one in your city! I hope so for the sake of the doggies!!

i don't think we have 1 of those here, but we R trying 2 save up money 2 get video camras 2 hide in there bushes or where ever

If the animal protection people aren't going to help, I'd find another way to get the dog out of there. I'd nicely tell the owners that you love the dog and would like to have it. Sometimes, if you are cool about it, they won't get defensive. If that doesn't work, see if a rescue can donate some money so that you can "buy" the dog from the owners.
