I was helping my mum-in-law move something today, and we put it out on her back porch, and she looked around and said "Can you tell I haven't been out here in months?" and I replied, "Well, today is the first day of spring, but also the first day it has really been nice enough to want to even open that door! Nice when those two days coincide - it does not happen often around here!

Barbecue chicken please! With a side of asparagus!

Let's see.....first day of spring. That must explain the gale force winds and snow flying sideways.

It's snowing, blowing and cold here today and should continue off and on for the next week! Could use a hot tea to warm up.

It was sooooo windy today, I thought, "Yup, this is March for sure! A bit colder than normal, but March nonetheless." The found is at that stage where jus about the top half inch or saw thaws in the sun, but everything below is still frozen solid, so I walk flat-footed on the "grass" so I don't end up slipping in the mud I know it is disguising!

The kind of weather where Charlie Brown would try flying a kite, and it would get eaten by a tree every time.

I think I may have spoked too soon?

    BBQ chicken and asparagus.

I went to the store today and saw bunches of asparagus for 4.59 a pound!

If you put some olive oil on, grill them and finish them up with some lemon pepper?

    ----------------

I'll try to get some good weather out to everyone.

    Done?
