Hello Duke, What a pleasure to meet you! No doubt you are where you belong; your family loves you so much and vice versa I'm sure. I am so glad your folks had the patience, love, and determination to give you a chance to be a loving companion. I am so sorry you were mistreated as a puppy but now you know the love and calm of your family. I hope all of you have many good years with each other. Congrats on being DOTD!

Howdy Duke! Happy Dog of the Day! What a heartwarming story your proud mom has shared with us, Duke! Reading her love filled tribute it's hard to believe that she and your daddy haven't been dog parents, dog lovers, their entire lives! Well, if any breed could turn a non believer into a dog lover for life, it's a Boston! Now your beloved predecessoraxi, m have paved the way, but there's no doubting that you sealed the deal! It's unconscionable, the abuse you suffered at the hands of your former "humans" while just a puppy! But blessedly you were rescued, finding your way to the most loving and caring, the most committed of forever homes! Great thanks to your parents for not only choosing a rescue as their first, but for giving you all the time needed for your wounded spirit to heal, doing all in their power to transform you into the happy, confidant, well adjusted pup that you are today! You're a treasure, Duke, and your parents so very lucky to have a best friend, a joyful and loving companion for LIFE, in you! Now, just one question...Are you and Maxi able to get together every now and then for a visit, a sleepover? Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart!
