Our Fiat Panda isn't much better. But the fact is our model of the Panda wasn't made for gas consumption. It was produced as a eco friendly car with gpl(propane) or methane. If we have to run on gas she get about 12-13 km per litre. At almost 2€ a lt that is not good at all. It would cost hubby about €100 a week just to go to work and back...nothing more. She gets more than double with the gpl. We get about 410 km per tank of gpl which costs up around €22. The newest model panda is much better on gas. She gets about 18 km per litre. And get about 22km per litre of diesel.
