    My son the Slacker

Today is one of the proudest days of my life.
My first born Michael Allen has earned his Bachelor's Degree.
He went to school part time while working full time and also being in the Navy.
Michael spent six years working full time for the Navy and was sent over seas twice aboard the Aircraft carrier the Carl Vinson, he is in the Reserves now.
Michael who I lovingly refer to as SLACKER is my hero.
I am the proudest mom on the face of this earth. I am talking jumping up and down, laughing and telling complete strangers about him, smiling, giggling, so much joy and happiness for all he has done.
I am so happy for him. So much hard work, so much sacrifice on his part.
Congrats Michael. You truly are my favorite Slacker
    Love Mom

    Congratulations, Michael! Well done!
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Doesn't sound like much "slacking" went on to me. Love the humor.

Congrats on such a hard working son. I think I would be singing from the rooftops, too.
