Unexpected valentine

Has anyone recieved a surprise Valentines Day gift from someone that well you just didn't think would give you one?

As a matter of fact....

John's been in Calif. since January. He sent me a card and gift ON TIME and texted/called 5 times. It was a surprise 'cause we generally don't give each other anything (except on my b-day or he's dead meat ) The cards sentiment was is own, very sweet, since he isn't as verbal with his feelings as I am.

I recieved one from a friend and did not expect a gift so I did not give one in return. I just sent a thank you note. It was a sweet surprise.
