    Banshee Baby

Oh Sweetie, don't ever wander off again; I would also have been heartbroken if that had happened to my kitty! But at 19 (and good for you!), I'm sure that your wild days are all in the past, anyway. I wish you many more years as long as you are healthy, and hope you enjoy your special day today, senior kitty.

What a thrill to have such a special senior kitty as our COTD!!! You really gave everyone a SCARE when you decided to see the world your way!!! Glad you returned home safe and sound and you now enjoy the indoor life(which is probably why you are ONLY 19!!). HAPPY COTD!!

Good Morning Banshee! A fellow Baltimore SPCA alumni and also a fellow escape artist! It's so nice to meet you! I picked my humans at the Falls Road SPCA.

Enjoy your COTD party - I know you'll have one - and all the extra treats you'll get today. It's the BEST DAY! Enjoy!

Goodness, Banshee, you gave your mom a real fright when you darted out the door, didn't you? Funny but my blackie Boo is a door darter, too, and he's only a year younger than you. I guess that's your way of keeping us in line, eh? Well, I'm glad to read that you're safe and sound and living the good life. Enjoy your day as COTD while you lounge in your screened in porch.
    Blessings,
    Mary

Good morning beautiful Banshee! Oh my, what spectacular green eyes you have! Baush and Lomb needs to "bottle" that color for their contacts! hehe Yes sweet baby girl, we do like you...love you! And your amazing life story is nothing short of inspirational!: (Though I doubt anyone could love you more than your Mom!) I can hardly believe you're 19 years young Banshee! And I hope for you and your person, many more years together!

Thank goodness you somehow found your way home after your "great escape!" You surely had a guardian angel guiding your way; you're a "miracle" kitty for sure, in more ways than one! I can only imagine how heartbroken and upset your human was, thinking you might be lost to her for good! But all's well that ends well, and I'm sure both you and your guardian learned something from that harrowing experience! And from now on in, nothing but happy, carefree days, and birds and lizards to enjoy, from afar; from the safety of your screened in patio! I hope you enjoy a very happy, loved filled "top cat" day, Banshee; celebrating your well earned day of honor with your devoted human! Please have her pass along a few extra cuddles and a kiss to you, from me!

    Another Banshee cat ? !

We had a cat named Banshee too (see below). We named her that because she was black and reminded us of aTazmanian Devil (which are sometimes referred to as banshee's) because she was such a little devil sneaking up and pouncing on our older kitty. Our Banshee (aka: Babylou) lived to the ripe old age of 21. She was our baby for all those years and we were heartbroken to lose her. I am glad to see your Banshee is living a long life too. Our new kitty Mimo wishes your Banshee Baby good health and happiness.

    Beautiful Banshee!

I'm so glad that you made it back home safely...like you, my kitties are also indoor cats, with an option to hang out on the deck for a bit.
You are a very pretty girl - especially at your age! My 14 year old Gypsy says hello!
