So far all of the saddles I've been interested in have been no-gos. I found another one, though (great thing about saddles, there are always more to look at!)
I talked to the owner and as far as I know, it's still available and I think they said that they'd sell it for $350?

It seems really nice, but is it just me or does the tree look slightly twisted? I know it can all be in the pictures you take, my saddle would sometimes look twisted when in person it wasn't.
