Lonnnngg time!!

Hello PT!! It has been a very very long time! I have been so extremely busy. School and work takes up most of my time, and I'm rarely on the computer. I'm going to make an effort to visit and post more though! Once an awhile I lurk around just to see how everyone and their cuties are doing. Here's just a few pics of my two...

Annd the newest addition! A lil boxer puppy named Springen! He's actually my bro's new pup... but he lives with us so just as much mine

He's a seven month old rescue and an absolute sweetie. I just love him! Molli and Sam aren't a fan of him yet though.. but they'll warm up I think.

Anyway, just wanted to update you all! Now I'm going to check out some of your threads

Um, tell Springen the other dogs will like him more if he doesn't "bounce" them like Tigger! because I can just see that mischief in his eyes!

Thanks everyone! Haha, I will Karen. His name actually means 'jump' in German, because that is his favorite thing to do!

I wonder why people think breeds like boxers and the many others are just 'naturally' mean. Having this guy, he's the sweetest dog I have ever had.. it seems as if he wouldn't hurt a fly.

Last week Springen stopped eating and drinking and wasn't hyper at all. On Saturday he wouldn't even lift his head when you walked into the room. We took him to the emergency vet that night and they did a Parvo test, which thankfully came out negative. They kept him over night and put him on fluids because he was really dehydrated. We picked him up yesterday and he seemed to be more alert and he is eating and drinking on his own now. We didn't do any blood work hoping it was just a bug... just keeping him on fluids cost over 400 dollars! He's doing better this morning, eating and drinking normally, and we're feeding him a special diet the vet gave us. Hopefully it's just a bug and he'll get over it. He's got an appointment for his second set of shots and nuetering next week so if he's not better we may have to reschedule. I'll update tomorrow.
