FINALLY thought I'd share some pics!

So I FINALLY had time to sit down and mess with pictures (crop/resize) and then upload them so I could post pics.. been busy the last few weeks.... anyway, here they are!!

Pictures were taken today... pups are 3 1/2 wks old now...

Just thought I'd share.. all are smoothies! 4 girls, 1 boy..

    Large Sable Girl

    Blue Girl #1

    Little Sable Girl

    Blue Girl #2

    Sable Boy

Puppies sired by CH Apple Valley Shades Of Blue, CGC - "Ben"
Dam: CH Spiritwind Barely An Angel - "Paris"

I took pics of them lastnight inside, but my camera sucks and the flash kept making them have major red eye so I took the right out the back door in natura light today to get pics without red eye. The two blue girls weren't to impressed though....
If you're gonna breed Collies, don't you forget to breed in the brains and common sense. Without that you won't have a Collie, you'll have just another dog.

Send large sable girl my way please. Actually little sable girl is growing on me too... hmmmm....

Question about blue girl 1. Is all the black on her face desirable or less desirable for the show ring? As you know merles aren't really my thing... lol

PS- Any updated pics of my Bryce? lol

I was waiting to see updated pictures!

They are all just precious, though I have to admit the Sable boy is tugging on my heartstrings. The large Sable girl has a nice face. Will you be keeping one of these pups?

I like the ear set of the Sable girl best, but will that change in the future as they continue to grow?

LOL Yes, that little sable girl kind of starts to pull you in after a while lol She is a VERY sweet puppy... is the runt (so pretty tiny) but stong, and is always the first one to the edge of the whelping box to see me... and the first one to climb in your lap when I sit in there with them lol

As far as the Blue Girl #1... the markings really don't matter. Some people will like it, some won't... I certainly don't mind it. I think she is beautiful (her and large sable girl are my picks! LOL) I can't wait to see what she looks like as she matures and her ears are pulled up on her head... I love blues, and I like unique markings!!

Oh yes, I'll be keeping one of the pups! I've gotten several people interested in the bitches though!... but we'll see what works out. My current picks are the large sable girl and blue girl #1. Though the sable boy reminds me of his grandsire Zack (Paris' sire!)... Oh yeah.. the ear set will change as they grow.. eventually the ear set will move higher up on top of their heads... and their ears will start to stand up a bit more...
