Paizly is home! *6 pix*

[Taz_Zoee]

First of all I want to thank Cathy and her FH so much. I felt so bad when I went to pick her up. They've grown so attached to her, I felt like I was taking their baby away from them.
On the hour drive home she meowed, purred and stuck her face against the mesh on the cat carrier trying to get to me. So I'd put my hand in the carrier and she playfully attacked my hand. Hee hee, it was cute.
When we came in the door Zoee met us and got to sniff the carrier. She definitely knew there was something new in it. I took her straight to her room and Zoee stayed outside the door whining!! At first Paizly was very unsure of the surroundings, but she quickly warmed up and began playing.
After about 20 minutes Bruce was at the door and of course Zoee was trying to get it so he held her collar so she could look at the kitten. Paizly was very curious of Zoee too, she went to the door and they got a face to face sniff (pics below).
Ok, I'll shut up and get on with the pictures now. In most of the pix she is looking at the door because she can hear Zoee outside in the hall. Then they finally got to meet.









This one she almost escaped the room.




UGH!! My camera takes HORRIBLE pictures. Sorry the pix are not that great. I'll of course keep you updated as she grows. And when she meets Taz.

Yay! I've been waiting to see this pop up! Looks like she wasn't afraid of Zoee at all! I am so glad she got to go to such a good home, and I'm looking forward to watching her grow up!!

Thanks guys (uh, I mean girls).
This is so funny. Bruce has never had a kitten before. In fact the only cat experience he has is with Taz. So this is all new to him. He has been in there with her for 30 minutes or more now. He even removed one of the barbell things (the room she is in has a weight set in it), because "she kept bonking her head on it". How cute is that?? And he had me find something for her to use to get in her litter box, because it's kinda high. LOL
I guess I can safely say.......she has him wrapped around her little claw.

I do not think she is afraid of much, and definitely not Zoee. We are not introducing Taz yet. I figured we would interact with her and get her smell on us and Taz could get used to her smell that way. Earlier when I was making this thread Taz was laying under the desk on the computer and he was resting his head on my knee. Then he moved to the desk top and layed right in front of the keyboard. I guess he knows something is moving (or moved) into his territory.

You will get more pictures, but I just wish I had a better camera. I think they are blurry because I had zoomed in. I'll do better to get some clear ones in the future.

Welcome home Paizly!!! She's so adorable and I'm glad that she and Zoee are getting along. Now hopefully Taz will also learn to accept her. I look forward to seeing many more pictures in the future.

Awe... Taz will get over it, and get used to having Paizly around. It will just take time for him to adjust to not being the only kitty in the household.

I'm glad Zoee is adjusting so well!! I can just picture Paizly doing the pouncing, lol. I miss having kittens around when I read things like this (but that's just temporary, lol, they're too active and energetic for me and my old guys ).
