    Cat Lover Bridal Shower

    As you know, I am getting married in two weeks. Last Saturday I got a surprise bridal shower at my friends' house, and I could not have had a better one. As we were getting ready to leave, the stray kitty momma that my friends are fostering started having her kittens - and she had 5 adorable little ones. We watched them being born - actually, just three, we saw the other two in the morning. Four girls, one of which is a striking calico, and one orange boy.

    Could I have asked for a better party?

    I'll try to get pictures this weekend.

    We were giving a baby shower about 13 years ago at my house. A kitten had showed up a few days earlier. We gave the kitten away as a door prize. Our neighbor was the winner and she actually took it! Her husband still mentions that to us.
