    Running around..by Tehya

    WoOOOOO PT

I went running around this afternoon with my Mom and Anvik and Hobo. It was supposed to be just me and Anvik, but Hobo gave Mom this look:

And she was unable to say "No you can't come" to him! Plus he had already wiggled past her into the going out area anyway!

Hobo doesn't know how to wrassle so he just barks at us!

Wrassling is something me and Anvik are very good at!

    Yup, we are good wrasslers.

And runners! Anvik was running back to Mom cuz he's a big suck! Course that's why he gets to go with her lots of times, cuz he never wanders off on her! I'm pretty sure that Anvik loves Mom more than anything else!

There was still some snow on the trail. Hobo liked that. He is a snow dog!

More coming................it was a long walkie today!

Our lake is still almost all frozen!

But we found some open water and got drinks and went swimming. Well, I went swimming!

Anvik kinda slipped in and then jumped out as fast as he could. That happens to him alot. You think he'd learn, but you'd be wrong!

Hobo fell in too! The ice under him broke. I tried to hold him up, but it didn't work!

He got out as quick as he could too!

He was much happier out of the water. Silly husky! Swimming is fun!

When we got home, I chewed on Pacer for awhile. I didn't want him to feel left out of all the fun! Cuz yanno, I'm nice that way!

    Wooos

Tehya, who has more fun: You being a baby dog, or Mom watching you being a babydog? Come on now, this must be a difficult thing to figure out!

I can't BELIEVE you went swimming in that cold water! I mean, you don't have the big coat of some of the dogs, to help keep you warm.

I wouldn't be able to turn down Hobo's look either. That face definitely says, "I'm coming too, right mom?" he hee.

Anvik, poor doggie 'falling in' Bet that was a bit of a surprise!

Nice to see you letting Pacer have some chew time!

Thanks Tehya, for sharing your long walk / hike with us.

Yay, that looks like an awesome way to spend the day! Thanks for sharing your walk with us! I love the photo of Anvik coming out of the water, he looks intense (not in a mean way, but in an all out, no nonsense way)! Great photos!

Wooos and a-rooos Tehya! You have the bestest adventures. Mom always reads them to us. Hobo is one of mom's favorites, he has such a happy smile, so she couldn't leave him behind either if she was there. All that snow looks so good! But I think we'll pass on the swim....Star fell in the pond at her old house once - man, was she surprised! Just a week before it was all frozen and safe to walk on. I haven't been in the water except for my feetie-feets when we go to the beach. Star & I both like playing with the waves. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!

Another fun day with Tehya. It sure does look like fun, sweetie. And the boys sure do look like they couldn't get out of the water fast enough to suit them. But look how happy Hobo looks running down the path.

Tamara, these photos are gorgeous. The clarity, depth, action. Absolutely gorgeous.

Tehya, I always enjoy it when you share your adventures and this indeed was a good one to share. By the way, do you know there is a dog on a commercial that looks a lot like you. I always say, *Tehya's out working a second job. I wonder if her mom knows. * The commercial is for some kind of people medication and the lady is giving Tehya a bath in one scene.
