    Oh Chopper, I think we need Finn to give you some swimming lessons. I can just picture you taking a flying leap.

    What a pretty house you live in and now with the pond for the fishies, it is going to be gorgeous. I can't wait to see the water fall in operation. You and Dad did a wonderful job. He probably needs you to give him a Chopper massage on some achy muscles.

    Wow, you did a great job Chopper! Oh, I guess your dad get some credit for helping too.

    I'd love to have something like that in our yard......but it would be the huskies personal swimming pool and the fish would become their dinner.

    WOW! Chopper your dad did a terrific job on the pond. I know he couldn't have done it without you! Do you think he would like to come up to NJ and put a pond in for me? We have lots of fishies inside but having fishies outside would be really neat! Of course you would have to come along for sure to help him with keeping things nice and "wevel." The only problem would be letting you go back to Florida with him.

    Hi Chopper! Now we get to see why YOU make 'da BIG bucks!' It's all that hard work as foreman, supervising Daddy on projects!! Supervising is a WERY important job, I bet you were tired after working so hard.

    That looks quite lovely and I'm sure Piglet is glad the work is done and she is now back in her safe pond! Whew!

    THANKS EVERYONE. I am really happy with the way it came out. It def needed a makeover. The fish now have about 400-500 gallons more than they had before for swimming so I am hoping to see a growth spirt this year. I will ask Hubby, Bill and Chopper if they are for hire out of state! LOL.

    Isabel....I will ask my husband what all was needed. I know we bought it as a kit on line, he may even still have the web address, if so I will get it for you. My pond is about 1350-1450 gallons. The deepest point is about 3 feet (helps keep the birds out ) I know some places sell the kits that have a plastic "pond shaped" tub instead of using a liner(which is what we have). It is quite a bit of work getting it up and running but after that it is pretty easy. We do partials probably once a month or so in the summer months, well for Florida summer is most of the year LOL. Clean the filters as needed. The fish are very hardy and easy to maintain. I will pm you the site when I get it from Bill.
