Please keep in mind that painting and decorating has been put on hold until spring time.

Oh, it's charming! (It needs more Bob and more Ebby, though, said the complain-y one. )

Thank you for sharing with us.

Now you are closer to family, right?

I just love being invited into someone's home and that's how I feel when one is kind enough to share pictures like these. Thank you Chris. Your home is charming and appears to be a comfy one for you, Ebby and Bob. I got a kick out of the handsome chap (Johnny Depp) you have posted on your wall. You naughty girl!

Very cute. I've always thought that houses over in the UK look really quaint and homey.

You have got a wonderful place! I love the garden area. And the livingroom looks so cozy and inviting. I love all pillows on the sofa. I'll bet you really love it. I know I do.

But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.

I'll bet you will love it there. I agree though, that it needs more Ebby
    and Bob.

Hope you enjoy the new place, Chris!

I had to laugh at the last pic.....of course there's a Johnny pic above the bed.

Very nice! Obviously a cat lover's home; I see a cat tree in front of 2 windows, lol!

I love the garden and those vinyl planters. I see them each year at our garden show. Dad is a "dig in the earth" gardener, so we can't have one.

Adnt eh kitchen, I like the sink with the attached draining area. No need to have a bulky unit taking up counter space.

Very nice place, when is the party for all of PT to come visit?

Of course, we are interested in seeing pictures of your new home! How many times do people get to move to a new one? I doubt if we ever move.
Your new home is very nice - it looks so cozy and inviting. It's nice that you have a back yard area for Bob. Congrats!

Thanks and yes, that's right, AmberLee, my son and his family live a short walk away. Though they have just put their house up for sale, not sure what's going to happen when/if it's sold.

Wouldn't be home without Johnny to gaze one.

Randi, you're right not a whole lot of traffic goes past really, but enough to be aware of.
The garden would be fine if I could just put up a little fence across my portion so Bob could run around free, as it is he can only go out there on the lead. On picture 7 you can see the whole back area for all the bungalows. Turning right at far end you come to another entrance like mine, but that gate is left open a lot. So besides not wanting to let Bob run over and maybe mess on other peoples grassy patch there is also a real danger of him running out on the road.
But back to your question on growing things. There are couple of bushes out there but as far as I know no other planting is allowed. That's why I brought the green planters with me, I can grow what I like in those.
And, yes, I have met two of my neighbours, both very nice people. A lady named Margaret, who lives right next door and is very friendly and helpful, and a lady named Rachael who lives in the next one down who is friendly too, but I haven't seen the person who lives in the last bungalow in the row as yet.

Barbara, I didn't quite. If you look at the first living-room picture there's Ebby on her tree, and in the last bedroom pic there's Bobby in the door/gate way.

    Thanks again, everyone. {{{hugs}}}
