    Dust free kitty litter?

Does anyone know of a good kitty litter that has the scoopable feature but doesn't create all the dust that we and our cats breathe in every day?
We have been using Kitty Scoop by Purina for years but I just know that the dust from that stuff can't be good. We could wear masks while scooping I guess but my cat Jimmy can't and he has asthma.
I did pick up a big bag of scoopable pine litter the other day but I just googled it and found a site that says the fumes from pine can cause asthma. I'm going to return the unopened bag to the pet store.

Yesterday's News (called that because it's made out of recycled newspapers) isn't marketed as "scoopable," but the pellets swell & clump well enough to scoop easily with a slotted scoop when wet. No dust, and I'm really impressed with the odor control.

I use Maxx Cat - blue or white bag. Both are 90% dust free. It doesn't clump - but then again, it lasts longer because of that, and is a clay litter.

Tidy Cat w/the blue lid. There's a little dust but not like the others I've tried. Gotta be sure to clean because it does build up but it doesn't make a cloud that can be inhaled while you're scooping the box or pouring it in.

Dr. Elsey's scoopable is scent free and fairly dust free.
