My cat won't eat Soft food!!

Hello everyone!!! I have 6 cats out of the 6 cats 1 of my female cats DO NOT eat soft food, she doesnt like it at all. All she eats is hard food. I try giving her different kinds and she doesnt like it. Its it normal??? because all my other cats love it, she's really weird, I also took her to the vet and she is in good health thanks god but she does not like it. Is anyone else cat like this??? something wrong?

I had a kitty once who did not like soft food. She only liked dry crunchy food. My vet said that was okay - in fact it was better for her teeth.

As long as your cat is healthy, eating her dry food just fine, and doesn't require a soft food diet then I wouldn't worry about it.

Some cats just don't like canned food, while it does contain more water than dry, it does tend cause more teeth problems later on in life.

Mine only get about 1 teaspoon or less of canned food a day because of medicine that one has to have and it's easier just to give a bit of it to all of them. Of my 7 cats, Sassy doesn't really care for the canned food, but her brother Josh seems to relish eating up her share. LOL

My cats have always been on dry food all their lives. When I gave them canned food is when I ran into problems but then, that's my cats. I doubt you have anything to worry about.

I Think That Several Of The Found Cats Prefer The Dry Food, But Will Give The Canned Food An Odd Lick, Especially If It Has Tuna In It.
Theres Nothing To Worry About If They Like Fry Exclusively Although My Vet Says You Have To Make Sure Theres Plenty Of Cold Clean Water About As They Need A Source To Keep Them Hydrated At All Times.

    Kibble vs wet food

I have 8 cats and do volunteer work with a rescue group. It's totally ordinary and okay if a cat chooses kibble over wet food. As long as the kibble is a really good quality then count yourself lucky because you don't have to be home to open a can of food and overall kibble is cheaper. I free feed two choices of kibble (California Natural and IAMS). I put out one can of wet food in the morning and one can in the evening. It's a snack only because there are 8 cats! The same three or four are usually there to have a few bites then they finish off with kibble later. The others could care less.
