Lillycat's Gracie

I am so sad to relay that we lost the 5 month old tabby kitten on Wednesday. Gracie came to Lillycat through my sister, Jessica. Jessica had found her in a gas station parking lot, sitting there, with her head on the pavement. She was very sick.

Lillycat nourished her back to health, and had her spayed a week ago Friday. Things went drastically wrong. Gracie had a chronic condition, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and as a result of the stressors of the spay, went into heart failure. We tried everything possible, everything, and sadly, she just wasn't getting any better. We had her PTS on Wednesday. The vet tech said, "she was SO ready".

So sad, such a short life for such a dear little girl. Even at the cardiologists, undergoing a ultrasound, she purred and purred.

She really brought some spice into a house of older cats, and we all miss her dearly.

Gracie, in such a short amount of time, and for one so tiny, you made such an impact on us.

She was lucky to be with people who cared before her short life ended. She is now a healthy little kitty @ the RB. She is now a little guardian angel!!

It is said so often, but so true...that this little one at least knew love and care, and had something to PURR about!

She was loved, and she loved in return.

I am so sorry she went so young, and had all those conditions wrong with her.


She is a healthy and happy kitten again, frisking at the Bridge!

Gracies At The Pet Angels Fly In Movies Now Watching Her Life Story On The Multiscreen, And Having A Golden Ox Steak, Especially Chosen For Her By The Pet Angels.
She Was So Young So Shes Now An Eternal Kitten Angel And Will Be A Kitten, Full Of Life For All Eternity.
And She Wants Her Guardians To Know That Shes Already Selected A Restaurant Where She And Her Dear Family Will Be Reunited.
