    Catfish(cory) question?

I was just watching Gary a minute ago, after putting tetra food in and I saw him snuffling up the pellets. It's tetra food, like sinking red solid pellets and I was just wondering if it's ok for him to eat. He's a spotted Cory. So is it ok for him to eat tetra food, even though he isn't a tetra?

He's always hungry even after devouring a whole algea pellet.

Cories don't subsist on algae alone. They actually make pretty poor algae eaters if your tank were covered in algae. They are omnivores and will eat any left over food on the bottom. Sometimes they'll even suck a baby snail out of its shell. They are always hungry too, depending on the idea that there will always be food to graze on.

Maltese~Love, that's ok it won't hurt him. I have 2 of those and they eat that food called tetra something on the front of the box/bottle?? It has a bunch of different fish on the front like angel fish/tetraz/ sword tail fish etc....and the container is yellow!!!!! I've always fed mine that and I've had these 2 now for about 2 years now....
