I have the same one and I've had it for several years now. I love it too.

Mine sits on top of my tv in my bedroom. I also decorated it a little with some small stuffed kitties.

I also have that clock! I got it several months back at my local Big Lots. I believe it was 10-15 dollars!

If I remember correctly I bought mine at Longs Drugs. They also had dog clocks too.
