    Say hello to Beezer

    Well we went to the shelter today and took a look at "Presley" He was such a sweetie. Him and Belle met and got along right away. We took them out for a little walk together and they were even BETTER. Presley had been having some troubles with walking on a leash.... he didn't like it at all and they had to carry him everywhere. When he got on the leash with Brian he was FINE. he was calm, inquisitive, and a gentleman. They had a great walk together and a great time together in the room. So we adopted him. He is home with us now. He has settled right in and just seems to comfortable here. Everything with him just felt right. After being home for only about a half hour or less they both settled down and chewed on some bones side by side and just chilled out. We renamed him Beezer..... Keeping with our hockey names theme we named him after John Vanbiesbrouck.

    It said he is a hound mix. We have no idea what he might be.

    what a cutie!! and itīs so great they get along so well.......... Teddy sure sent him your way......... canīt wait to see tons of pics of the happy duet.....

    ETA: maybe lab/pointer/even spaniel but a complete cutie pie

    Yeah we were definately thinking some pointer but weren't sure lol.

    He is very skinny right now though and needs to put on some good weight. You can see his spine even But he ate a good meal tonight.

    Awwww....beezer is handsome! Congrats on your new addition! I just love hound mixes! Sounds like he will be perfect for you guys and for belle. I am so happy for you guys! I cant wait to see more pics!

    Aw Beezer is a cute dog, I love his coloring, and he looks very happy already, I'm glad the two dogs get along well

    How perfect, I definately don't think you could have picked a better member to add to your family. He certainly seems to fit in well.
    Belle looks so happy to have a buddy to play with again. =]

    she's actually named after an arena lol..... the Bell Center lol.

    And Belle is definately in high spirits. Her butt must be sore from all the tail wagging she did today

    I am originally from Ontario but I live in PA now. I was brainwashed as a child so I am a hardcore Habs fan lol. But I picked Teddy and Belle's names so hubby got to pick Beezers name lol

    Maltese_Love.... that is another reason we got him. He has so many of Teddy's traits, personality wise. Belle is so laid back and quiet and doesn't like to play much unless it is with another dog... Beezer likes to play with anyone and anything He was definately sent to us from Teddy.

    OMG, my heart just skipped a beat. HE'S so handsome! JUST like Teddy, I think I have a second favorite dog and again he belongs to you. Beezer is so cute, and him and belle seem like great pals..I really think he is gonna help you guys heal and mend from your loss of Teddy though he won't replace him.

    OK now order of my favorite pt dogs:

    1.) Teddy
    2.) Beezer

    You have great tastes in dogs...So far I have loved them all and RB Ted is still up there at #1. I have a feeling he always will be.

    Aww, I'm so happy for you!! It looks like he's settling in beautifully and Belle looks so happy to have another friend to play with
