    Knee Injury

So I twisted my knee dancing Saturday night.

Typically, not a strange occurance, but, I think the armor was a contributing factor.

I gave it the RICE treatment on Sunday and went into work today.

My boss scolded me and told me to call the doctor.

They got me in at 4:45 today.

Diagnosis is a pulled tendon. Perscription is a knee brace, 800 mg of anti-inflamatory every 6-8 hours and to continue my RICE treatment. I have some exercises to do and she said it should be healed in 2-3 weeks.

The weather is so nice and the dogs want a walk so badly, but doctor said no-no.

Andy is gone Mon - Tues every week, but he plans to give them a nice long walk once he's home.

Ya might want to mount a lil Honkie-Horn on the wagon ...

I like Phreds idea! It might be a little scary at first... but just HOLD ON TIGHT!

Seems you had a lot of fun in that thing, but ouchh, I'm sorry you hurt your knee. I did too a few years ago, and I can tell you it took 3 weeks before I could walk normally.

    Hope it'll heal OK!
