    What is this???

    Okay you critter experts...what was in my pool this morning?? It quite obviously enjoys swimming. He has been safely relocated to the creek down my street, hopefully no worse for the wear. He has webbed feet. Here are some pictures:







    I'm fairly sure it's not a Knarp Rodent, so please spare me that.

    I'm pretty sure thats a muskrat. We live by a huge canal, we have tons of them. I think their really cute!

    buttercup: you're right. Moles don't have tails. It doesn't look very big so I think it might be a young variety of whatever it is. The picture of the nutria looks pretty close.
