    Got a New fishie!!

This weekend my friend and I stopped at Wallmart, And I (of course) went straight for the pet section .. Well I have given into temptation, I had to buy a little betta.. He is so pretty, called a crown tail betta??.. No name yet . He came with a white lilly, and a bowl/vase .. I took him out of that though... He's now in a bigger 1.5 gallon bowl.

    now for some pics!

He is very pretty. No name?

I am glad you bought him, I hate those betta bowls, with the plants in it. Some people actually think that it's healthy for bettas to eat roots, instead of healthy pelets.
Thanks so much Ashley for the siggy!

Pretty Betta, I would get him out of that set-up though and into a tank.

    Gorgeous guy. =]
Glad to hear he's out of that vase and into a nice home. And I'm sure he'll start eating soon enough. Sometimes it just takes awhile for a betta to settle down in his new home.
    Congratulations on the handsome guy!

There is a cup on top that holds the rocks and the base of the plant.. You can take it out when you want to feed the fish, giving it new air in the vase as well.
