Senior Boxer/APBT Needs Help

Hello,

We are Hernando's American Pit Bull Terrier Rescue and we need help urgently with a Senior dog...

Meet Tilly:
She is an 8 year old APBT/Boxer mix. She was dumped off at a local shelter nothing but a bag of bones and mistreated. She needs surgery and possibly heartworm treatment...

What can you do to help if you can?
Tilly needs:
--A Thicker Pet Bed for her to recover on
--A Fold able crate that can go with her to her foster home to keep calm and stable while recovering from surgery
--Senior dog food of ANY kind
--Senior Pet Vitamins

Just looking at this poor baby breaks my heart. I so hope she can
