Swwetpea & PeaPod have left.......

for their new home.

The people were so happy to finally be able to bring them home. They said that they have kitten proof the house and their room is all set up for them.
They will keep them in a room for a few days to adjust and then slowly introduce them to their 9 year dog. The dog has grown up with cats so he is cat friendly. I don't forsee a problem at all with them meeting her.

I spoke to them about PT, but unfortunately, they said it isn't their thing, but will be sure to send pictures so I can keep everyone updated on the "Peas."
They said they will keep Sweetpeas name, but will most likely be changing PeaPods.

I miss them already and yes, the tears flowed after they left, but I feel very good at the same time that I was able to find them a loving and caring new home. Especially one that wanted the both of them.

A few pictures to remember them by for now.

Awww....So sad but yet so happ at the same time!! Such an awsome thing to have found a home that would take both lovely kitties! You are a great mom, and they will remember you always!!

Aww. A happy/sad day. I hope the Peas have a long and happy life. It's too bad they want to change PeaPod's name, but oh well. We will miss them both.

AWWWWW! I love the pic of him as a wee guy with mom's arms gently around him....and those fat legs!

I am glad they will keep you updated! I wonder what they will call PeaPod?

I have a feeling it might not change...if much...

WHAAAAAA!!!!!

I'm sad for us but glad for them. How do the new family know Pet Talk "isn't their thing" ? They should pop in for a visit. They may be surprised!!!

Hopefully, they will send you pics now and then and we can still see them.

oh how sad for you to see them go. I know they will be well taken care of if you gave them to someone. I hope we can see update photos in the future.

We Cant Keep Them All, And As Much As I Wanted Hershy Bar, Pouncette And Babies, Tubster , Scout , Scratchy Jr And The Cats That We Have Rehomed, I Am Glad That They Have All Gone On To Much Nicer Furr Ever Homes.
Sadly At My Age, There Will Be No New Found Cats.

How sad to think that the Peas are gone, but how fine to know what a wonderful new furever home they have. And the Peas get to stay together, and the new purrents will keep you (and us) updated!

I hope, if they have to change his name, they'll at least make it something that will still be some kind of a Pea.

What an amazing, spirit-soaring saga this has been, that developed out of a message from you saying you had poofed this cat, Lorraine!

I'm sure gonna miss that cute little Peapod. And I know you'll miss them both terribly. I hope they will continue to give you pics. I wish so much they would join PT, as I know you do. I hope they're very happy in their new home.
