    Lamar

Good Morning Lamar, You story was so heartwarming. How lucky you are to have met such a good family to take care of you. I know that you give them a lot of joy, laughter, and love in return. My daughter has a bird and he loves cereal, blueberry muffins, crackers and popcorn. I hope that you have many many happy years with your wonderful family.

Wow!!! What an amazing, incredible story of rescue, and we here at Pet Talk have read a few! Hitching a ride in the center of the turn lane is not a wise move for a human, let alone a wee birdie like you, Lamar! But it sure did get your Mom's attention and what a landing you made sweetheart, smack dab into the laps of the most caring, loving humans a birdie (or any creature) could hope for! I hope by now you're all healed and hopping about with birdie abandon minus that cumbersome cast, sweetie! And please, stay off the highways! Thanks for the smiles, for sharing your inspirational story with us, beautiful Lamar! Enjoy your well earned day in the Pet Talk spotlight and every day of your wonderful life! Happy Pet of the Day to you precious one! Hope you're spoiled rotten today, getting your fill of that coveted birdie "junk" food!

I didn't know birds could eat scrambled eggs! I'm glad Lamar received such attentive care. He sounds like a special part of the family. Happy Pet-of-the-Day!
