I lost 1/2 a stone!!

Im so proud!!

I was dreading going to my class tonight because the oven has been broken and we have had about 5 takeaway

! I've lost half a stone over 5 weeks and Im so proud! its one thing ive actually got out and done without giving up!!

Anyone else lost recently?!

Congratulations! How much is a stone in US pounds, do you know? I don't really have any comprehension of how much that is.

Congratulations on the loss! I'd like to lose more weight, but seem to be in a rather difficult pattern to break.

Here's what I found for converting stones to pounds:
1 st = 14 lb

Good for you! Now, if you substitute some salads for those takeaways while the oven is broken, you will lose ever more!

EDITED to say - maybe you don't want to lose any more! I don't actully know, so please don't take offence if you are now at the weight you want to be!
