I just wanna quote this and wanted to hear your opinions about it...Oh well, maybe some of you might have heard it...at least this is just something to refresh your minds...

"Accused Brownsdale cat poisoner to serve community service"

"A felony charge against the Brownsdale man accused of poisoning stray cats will be dismissed as long as he completes community work service and remains otherwise law-abiding.

William Conner III, 48, waived his right to a speedy trial Friday morning in Mower County District Court in order to accept the agreement. The case will be continued for six months, at which time the felony charge of cruelty to animals will be dropped as long as Conner has completed 150 hours of community service..."



So? Are you in favor for only community work after all what he did with those cats?

Jail time! Nobody minds when it's "just cats" but the guy is sick and needs jail time and counseling when he gets out. They will wait untill he moves up to people to do something!
